Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality health and personal care services to VIP patients in their homes
- Establish a compassionate environment and deliver emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families
- Promote patient independence by setting care goals and educating patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care
- Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and best practices
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to resolve patient needs and deliver holistic care
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Adhere to infection-control policies, medication administration protocols, and safety regulations
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Respond effectively to emergencies and manage own patient caseload, including interpretation of test results
