Kinetic is working with a leading F&B company who are hiring a Recruitment Specialist to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a trusted relationship with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on recruitment progress, challenges, and metrics.
