Recruitment Consultant (Agency) – Dubai, UAE

We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist agency team in Dubai. This is a confidential hire: we’re currently delivering on multiple high-profile UAE government and defence-linked mandates, and we need an experienced agency recruiter who can operate with discretion, pace, and high standards.

If you’ve already completed 12+ months in agency recruitment and want access to more serious, higher-stakes work (with proper process and support), this is worth a conversation.

What you’ll be doing

• End-to-end delivery on confidential government and defence-related assignments (plus premium private sector mandates)
• Building shortlists for specialist and leadership roles with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and candidate experience
• Structured screening, interview management, stakeholder coordination, and offer process support
• Proactive sourcing and market mapping (LinkedIn, Boolean, referrals, direct outreach)
• Clear, consistent client updates and tight process control from brief to placement

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 12 months’ agency recruitment experience (non-negotiable)
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capability; confident on the phone with candidates
• Discreet, professional, and trusted — comfortable handling sensitive searches
• Organised, responsive, and delivery-driven (you manage your desk like a business)
• Bonus (not essential): experience recruiting into government, defence, aviation/aerospace, security, or critical infrastructure environments
