Recruitment & Business Development Officer – Nathan & Nathan

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and community-driven individual to join our team as position. This dual-role position supports two growing brands – Expat Maids, a trusted provider of domestic staffing, and Dynamic Freelancer, with an initiative empowering Filipino professionals and freelancers in the UAE.

 

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment and visa processes for domestic staff, while also supporting business development, events, and community outreach targeting the Filipino market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Visa Processing (Expat Maids):

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for domestic workers (screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Coordinate all visa documentation and processing for candidates.
  • Maintain candidate database and ensure all employment records are updated.
  • Liaise with agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring and deployment.
  • Provide excellent support to both candidates and clients during the hiring process.

Business Development & Community Engagement (Dynamic Freelancer & Expat Maids):

  • Assist in driving growth within the Filipino community across both brands.
  • Attend local Filipino events, expos, and community gatherings to represent the brands.
  • Build relationships with community leaders, freelancers, and potential clients.
  • Support digital and offline campaigns that promote services and opportunities.
  • Help grow the Filipino client base (“Filo Book”) and increase brand exposure.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging at events.
