Recruiter & Trainer – Nathan & Nathan

Job responsibilities:

  • Shortlist applicants for full-time live-in maid role;
  • Support their visa process;
  • Conduct regular communication training and mock interview training with maids;
  • Stay in the same accommodation with maids and monitor their attendance;
  • Track food stock, other inventories and cleaning roaster in maids accommodations;
  • Create daily & weekly reports with activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Nationality: Filipino (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in the domestic worker/household staffing sector.
  • Experience in training, coaching, or supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations and POEA/Philippine overseas employment guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Tagalog.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Salary AED 3,500 considering we provide accommodation.
