Receptionist – Talent Partners Group

We are seeking a Receptionist to manage front desk operations in a regulated medical device/pharmaceutical environment. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and adherence to compliance standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, auditors, and regulatory inspectors in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in/sign-out procedures (compliance requirement)
  • Coordinate visitor access with security and relevant departments
  • Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings
  • Handle courier services, shipments, and document tracking
  • Support administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document control)
  • Ensure reception area meets company hygiene and compliance standards
  • Assist during audits by providing required documentation or coordination support

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist/admin role (experience in pharma or medical device is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
