Real Estate Broker – Mohammad Omar Bin Haider Group (MOBH Group)

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on property market trends, valuations, and new project launches.
  • Build and maintain professional, long-term relationships with clients, landlords, buyers, sellers, developers, and investors.
  • Identify and secure new clients, sales leads, tenants, and business opportunities across residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.
  • Attend to all inquiries promptly and follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversion.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and transaction closings with professionalism and integrity.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, investment opportunities, and property values.
  • Manage the full property transaction cycle—brokerage, leasing, sales, and post-sale support (depending on specialization).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, transaction, and market records in the CRM.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the quality, transparency, and legality of all transactions.
