Duties of the Role:
- Advising clients on off-plan and secondary properties, ensuring investment goals are met.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers and closing deals efficiently.
- Managing property viewings, meetings, and negotiations to secure successful transactions.
- Participating in training sessions to stay updated on market trends and sales techniques.
- Passion for real estate and sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for client engagement and deal closure.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and consistently closing deals.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
This is a commission-only role, meaning your efforts directly translate into income, offering unlimited earning potential for proactive agents.
