Individual will manages property sales or rentals, generates leads, and guides clients through transactions under local regulations.
Compensation is heavily commission-based, requiring strong self-motivation, a valid RERA broker card, and a UAE driving license
Responsibilities:
- Find new buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants using cold calling, networking, and portals like Bayut and Property Finder.
- List properties, shoot photos/videos, and run promotional campaigns.
- Host property viewings, present off-plan or secondary market projects, and explain market trends.
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, employing strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Follow Dubai Land Department (DLD) rules and prepare Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs).
