R&D Engineer – RTC1 Recruitment Services
Job Description:
- Create accurate 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings and support prototype, mold, and tooling development.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and assist in evaluating new product concepts.
- Collaborate with Production and QA teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet performance standards.
- Maintain design documentation, assist in product testing, and research new materials and processes for continuous improvement.
