Quantity Surveyor - IKK Group of Companies

Controlling certain financial and/or contractual matters of a construction project under the supervision of a Senior Quantity Surveyor

Pre-measure allocated trades and sections at contract start up
Work with the clients, PQS and team liaison to agree monthly measures, final measures and variation costing
Complete site inspections on a regular basis, reviewing progress and possible variations
Communicate with the Operations Team on site on a daily basis, understanding the work programme and progress on site
Re-measure works as required
Prepare monthly progress claims
Measure and value new rates and variations
Send packages for pricing and evaluation before placement of order
Generate documentation for payments, contra charges and final accounts
Track invoices and payment certificates for projects on hand
