Job Description:
Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Monthly Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team for a major residential building project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quantity surveying, with specific experience in the UAE construction market, particularly in residential or high-rise building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost planning advice.
- Handle contract management, including variations, valuations, and interim payments.
- Perform material and site measurements, and manage subcontractor accounts.
- Ensure accurate cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
- Prepare and agree on final accounts.
