Job Description:
Identify, target, and secure new corporate and leisure clients, developing strong relationships to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Develop and execute sales strategies, annual sales plans, and territory management initiatives aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, set clear targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals.
Conduct regular market research, analyze trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide management with actionable insights and sales performance reports.
