Job Description:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system
  • Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality and drive initiatives to achieve quality goals.
  • Establishing and enforce quality standards and procedures across all departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Planning and conducting internal and external audits, preparing reports and action plans for findings, and tracking the effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Developing and delivering training programs for employees on quality standards, practices, and tools to foster a culture of quality.
