Quality Engineer (Interior Fit Out) – Al Shirawi Group
Role Summary
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved quality standards, project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes, in line with the Project Quality Plan
- Implement and follow the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC procedures.
- Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, and Quality Control procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks for ongoing construction activities.
- Raise and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective actions.
- Review material submittals, inspection requests (IRs), and test results.
- Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors on quality-related matters.
- Maintain proper quality documentation, reports, and records.
- Support snagging, handover, and close-out activities.
