QA QC Manager

Required a Senior QAQC Manager, Mechanical Engineer, 25+ years of experience in execution of large EPC projects for prestigious Customers like ADNOC, Aramco, KNPC, KOC, Qatar Petroleum etc or worked with reputed EPC contractors ( Tecnimont/Saipem/

Technip/L&T/Daelim/Samsung etc) for Power/Oil & gas/Chemical plants projects as APPROVED QAQC Manager. GCC experience must.

The QA QC Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that the quality standards of construction projects are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. This position is essential in the real estate industry, where the quality of construction directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall reputation of the company. The QA QC Manager will oversee the quality assurance and quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential issues before they arise and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality management plans for construction projects.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to address quality issues promptly.
  4. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance and control procedures.
  5. Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control processes.
  6. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet specified standards.
  8. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections.
  9. Implement corrective actions for non-conformance and monitor their effectiveness.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to quality management.
