Proposal & Marketing Specialist (Procurement + Sales Support) – Dubai Office – AGS management

About the Role

AGS Security Management is seeking a Proposal & Marketing Specialist to support both our Procurement (RFP) Team and Sales Team in Dubai. This role is responsible for creating catchy, modern, and winning proposals while also supporting marketing and sales with engaging client-facing materials.

The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, and innovative, with strong skills in AI tools, design platforms, and editing software to bring fresh ideas to life. You’ll help redesign templates, enhance proposals, and transform technical content into compelling, client-ready documents that stand out from the competition.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal & RFP Support

• Redesign and modernize proposal templates with a fresh, professional look.
• Use AI tools and design platforms to create impactful layouts, graphics, and visual elements.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to develop catchy, winning proposals that are compliant and competitive.
• Bring new ideas and creativity to proposal content and design.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Create and update sales presentations, brochures, and pitch decks.
• Work with the sales team to visually enhance proposals and client-facing materials.
• Support lead-generation campaigns with creative marketing assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all documents and marketing platforms.

Content Editing & Innovation

• Edit proposals, contracts, and presentations for style, clarity, and engagement.
• Apply AI-powered editing and content tools to improve readability and persuasiveness.
• Ensure proposals and presentations are both compliant and visually appealing.

Collaboration Across Teams

• Partner with Procurement (RFP) analysts to ensure proposal accuracy and quality.
• Support the Sales team in preparing client pitches and proposal presentations.
• Act as a creative link between content writers, procurement staff, and client-facing teams.

Continuous Improvement

• Research proposal design trends and marketing best practices.
• Explore new AI platforms, design tools, and creative strategies for RFP success.
• Continuously improve AGS’s proposal templates to keep them catchy, modern, and competitive.
