Project Manager – Marble Industry – Black & Grey HR

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading building materials company, seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the marble industry to oversee and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, vendors, and on-site teams, and ensuring flawless execution from conception to completion.Key Responsibilities – Plan, execute, and monitor projects related to marble installation, fabrication, and supply.- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.- Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.- Resolve any on-site issues, delays, or quality concerns promptly.- Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.Requirements- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the marble/stone industry.- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).- Strong knowledge of marble fabrication, installation techniques, and material sourcing.- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
