Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage risks, issues, and project changes effectively
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates
- Ensure quality standards and successful project completion
- Communicate clearly with clients and management
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in IT, digital, or business projects is an advantage
- Proficiency in project tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.)
- PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory
