Production Supervisor – Al Shirawi Group
- Responsible to manage operations and personnel for efficient functioning of production department.
- Responsible to ensure adequate materials, Equipment’s and personnel are available to meet production targets.
- Responsible for manpower Planning and control.
- Responsible for Production Planning and scheduling.
- Responsible for production tracking.
- Responsible for updating weekly stock status.
- Responsible for recommending procedures for machinery maintenance or modification, including replacement of machines.
- Responsible for detecting and solving production problems.
- Responsible for site inspections for fire rated ducting installations.
- Responsible for coordinating with sales team and clients regarding product specifications and deliveries.
- Communicating and coordinating with customers.
- Plan and implement production schedules.
- Day to Day report to Production Manager.
