Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and optimize the procurement function across a dynamic hospitality and food & beverage operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service delivery.

This role requires a commercially minded professional with strong stakeholder management skills, operational awareness, and the ability to build effective procurement processes that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals and operational requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, supplier selection, tendering, contract negotiation, purchasing, and supplier performance management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and supply chain risks to ensure competitive purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with operational leaders to forecast procurement needs and support business planning.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of food, beverage, operating supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Implement and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage procurement budgets and provide regular reporting on spend, savings, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.
  • Support inventory management initiatives to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of procurement experience, preferably within hospitality, restaurants, food & beverage, retail, leisure, or service-oriented environments.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing methodologies, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
  • Proven experience delivering cost savings and procurement efficiencies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Experience procuring food & beverage products, operating supplies, equipment, and service contracts is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
