Procurement Manager – B2B Industrial (Engines & Spare Parts) – I R S HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY TRADING DWC-LLC

We are looking for a results-driven Procurement Manager to manage supplier relationships and ensure execution of B2B deals in the industrial sector (engines, heavy equipment, spare parts).

This role is focused on negotiating with suppliers, protecting margins, and ensuring reliable delivery. You will own supplier-side execution from quotation validation to order completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select suppliers and finalize commercial terms (price, lead time, payment terms)

• Negotiate with suppliers to improve pricing and conditions

• Validate quotations and ensure commercial feasibility of deals

• Place orders and manage supplier-side execution

• Monitor order progress and resolve issues (delays, changes, claims)

• Coordinate logistics through external partners (freight forwarders, agents)

• Build and maintain a reliable supplier base

• Work in ERP/CRM system (FirstBit or similar): create and manage supplier orders, track execution, and maintain accurate data

What You Will NOT Do:

• You will not communicate with clients directly (handled by Sales)

• You will not manage initial RFQs (handled by junior procurement)

Your focus is on suppliers, execution, and margins.

Technical understanding is required: you must be able to understand specifications of engines, equipment, and spare parts, and communicate effectively with suppliers.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Location: Dubai South (office-based)
