One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects
Job Description:
- Review subcontractor and supplier programs, validate contractor baseline schedules, assess resource compatibility, develop master schedules, and maintain trackers/logs to monitor critical issues.
- Evaluate progress updates, identify delays, perform “what-if” analyses, recommend mitigation measures, prepare progress reports/presentations, and issue delay notices when required.
- Conduct detailed analysis of Extension of Time and disruption claims using recognized delay methodologies, demonstrate concurrent delays, and provide analytical responses aligned with contractual provisions.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve scheduling issues, finalize programs and reports, attend key meetings, prepare minutes, and communicate clearly across all project stakeholders.
