Personal Assistant – Arte Di Casa

We are looking for a Personal Assistant capable of working alongside a person whose every day is filled with decisions, ideas, and events.

We need someone who combines systematic thinking and intuition, attention to detail and strategic vision, quick reaction and impeccable tact.

This role is for someone who can act precisely, keep the pace, and be a reliable organizer and support in any situation.

Responsibilities

Administrative and Organizational Support

• Managing and coordinating the executive’s daily schedule;

• Planning, organizing, and assisting in meetings, calls, and business trips;

• Organizing events (personal, corporate, and image-related);

• Tracking task completion and preparing daily reports;

• Accompanying the executive at meetings and online calls (taking notes, recording agreements, organizing follow-ups).

Financial and Operational Management

• Overseeing personal and corporate expenses;

• Monitoring and optimizing company budgets;

• Financial planning, preparing reports, and approving payments;

• Liaising with accountants, contractors, and partners on financial matters.

Logistics and Partnership Relations

• Organizing logistics for orders, deliveries, business trips, and events;

• Researching and establishing connections with new partners, contractors, and suppliers;

• Conducting negotiations and coordinating terms of cooperation.

Project and Team Management

• Overseeing matters related to the development of the executive’s personal brand;

• Coordinating tasks across teams (marketing, content, design, project management);

• Recruiting, selecting, and coordinating the work of employees and contractors.
