We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Periodontist to join our esteemed medical hospital in UAE. This role involves diagnosing and treating various periodontal conditions, performing surgical procedures, and collaborating with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients’ periodontal health, including reviewing medical histories and performing diagnostic tests.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients suffering from periodontal diseases, ensuring the highest standards of care.
3. Perform surgical procedures such as gum grafting, pocket reduction surgery, and dental implant placement to restore periodontal health.
4. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental check-ups to prevent periodontal diseases.
5. Collaborate with other dental specialists, including general dentists and oral surgeons, to provide integrated care for complex cases.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in periodontology and dental technology to enhance patient care and clinical practices.
8. Participate in community outreach programs to promote oral health awareness and the importance of periodontal care.
9. Provide mentorship and training to junior dental staff and interns, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Possesses a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree, along with a specialization in periodontology.
2. Holds a valid dental license to practice in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local regulations and standards.
3. Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective patient interactions and teamwork.
