SOL Coffee is looking for a passionate and creative Pastry Chef to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can create high-quality café-style pastries and desserts while maintaining consistency, creativity, and excellent product quality.
- Prepare and produce a variety of café desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
- Create and maintain high-quality cakes, cheesecakes, tarts, cookies, brownies, and other signature desserts.
- Produce laminated pastries such as croissants and Danish pastries (preferred).
- Develop seasonal desserts and new menu items.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Plan daily production and manage ingredient preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the pastry kitchen.
- Control inventory, minimize food waste, and manage stock efficiently.
- Work closely with the kitchen and barista team to develop desserts that pair well with our coffee menu.
