Role Overview

This role goes beyond sourcing bottles and boxes—it’s about developing creative, trend-driven, and technically feasible packaging concepts that give our brand a global competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new bottle, cap, and packaging concepts from suppliers for technical feasibility, uniqueness, and brand alignment.
• Assess existing packaging for opportunities to improve functionality and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with branding and design teams to bring creative ideas into practical, production-ready solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with packaging suppliers in the UAE, Europe, and Asia.
• Oversee the development of samples, prototypes, and mock-ups to ensure high-quality output.
• Ensure packaging complies with standards for quality, functionality, and sustainability.
• Maintain a packaging innovation library for future product development.
• Work closely with procurement teams on supplier selection and cost negotiations.
