We’re hiring an Outbound Sales Specialist to drive motor insurance renewals, maximize customer retention, and cross‑sell additional insurance products.
What you will do
- Contact customers to secure motor insurance renewals.
- Manage quotations, follow‑ups, confirmations, and policy‑issuance support.
- Cross‑sell complementary insurance products.
- Meet renewal conversion, premium, and productivity KPIs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.
- Escalate complex cases to underwriting or claims teams.
