We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth through Oracle ERP and cloud solutions. The role will focus on identifying new clients, managing relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering tailored ERP and digital transformation solutions across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, finance, and life sciences. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence in the UAE and GCC.
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs and IT leaders to promote Oracle ERP and cloud offerings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Track market trends and provide insights to shape business strategy.
