Operations Manager – 2 Point O Concepts
The Operations Manager will lead the operations department, overseeing all internal and external
projects and services. You will be responsible for ensuring that operational processes are efficient and
well-documented, while also managing teams to ensure that all activities are completed on time and
within budget. The Operations Manager will report directly to the CEO and act as the client-facing
leader for operational concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
● Direct and oversee day-to-day activities of the operations department.
● Develop and implement strategies to ensure smooth project execution and operational
efficiency.
● Coordinate and manage all projects, jobs, and maintenance services.
● Review and enhance operational processes and ensure proper documentation.
● Manage operational commercials, including engineering, manpower, and outsourced
services.
● Oversee the scheduling of all operational activities and employee time tracking, ensuring
adherence to project deadlines.
● Implement and maintain KPIs for project managers and technicians, ensuring performance
meets company standards.
● Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered
successfully.
● Manage ticketing processes via Zoho Desk, ensuring client requests and issues are handled
in a timely manner.
● Ensure all projects and tasks are properly tracked in Zoho Projects and adhere to established
protocols.
● Assist the Sales Manager in operational support during client meetings to help close deals.
Client Management & Representation:
● Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat
business.
● Represent the company in a professional manner during all client interactions.
Team Leadership & Development:
● Lead, manage, and mentor the operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative
working environment.
● Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team efficiency.
● Oversee training and development initiatives to ensure team members are up-to-date with
best practices and industry standards.
