Operations Executive | Al-Futtaim Automotive | Automall – Al Futtaim Group
Overview of the Role
The Operations Executive will provide essential operational and administrative support to the Sales Executives, Sales Coordinators, and the Showroom team. The role ensures efficient management of vehicle movements, registration formalities, and showroom stock requirements. The incumbent will also coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to support business operations in line with Al-Futtaim policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
What You Will Do
• Review and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warranty data
• Review and process monthly invoices and generate Purchase Orders (POs).
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for business equipment requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to address administrative and operational needs.
• Utilize business systems effectively to enhance efficiency and support report automation.
• Identify and engage new outsource vendors in compliance with Al-Futtaim policies.
• Coordinate with body shop, branch locations, insurance company and vendors for accident vehicle management.
• Support the costing & invoicing approval process in coordination with the relevant departments
• Audit all operational processes to ensure adherence to SOPs and identify opportunities for improvement.
