Office Assistant – Manpower Group Middle East

Responsibilities:

Administrative and Clerical Support:

Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, greeting them professionally and directing them to the appropriate person.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and messages in a professional manner.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.

Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital.

Office Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment.

Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders, and liaising with vendors to ensure adequate stock levels.

Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities, such as printers, air conditioning, and lighting.

Assist with the organization and tidiness of common areas, including the reception and pantry.

Team Support:

Provide administrative support to various teams and senior management as required.

Assist in organizing and scheduling company meetings, workshops, and events.

Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.

Document and Data Management:

Perform data entry, transcribe documents, and prepare basic reports as requested.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications and memos.

Ensure all documents are handled with confidentiality and discretion.
