Role Overview:

As the Office Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be the go-to person for administrative support, office coordination, and will help maintain an efficient, positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including reception duties, supplies, and facilities
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for staff and visitors
  • Support HR and finance with basic admin tasks (onboarding, documentation, invoicing, etc.)
  • Liaise with external vendors and building management
  • Assist in organizing company events and team activities
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration, ideally within tech or a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication (English essential; Arabic a plus)
  • Proficient with MS Office and office management software
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a team player
  • Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
