- Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Monitor project costs and control budgets.
- Prepare and review interim payments and final accounts.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Prepare cost reports and financial statements.
