Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across various fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and subcontractor teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to standards.
- Manage MEP installation schedules and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability practices.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for internal and client review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably within the UAE fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
