MEP Construction Manager – National Projects & Construction LLC

• Manage and supervise all MEP construction activities on site, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate with design engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of MEP works.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to understand scope and requirements.
• Monitor work quality and enforce quality control procedures.
• Manage procurement and inventory of materials and equipment.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to construction challenges.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
• Manage the MEP construction team, including subcontractors and labor resources.
• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained throughout the project.
• Control project costs and manage budgets.
