1. Responsibilities:Conduct hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of heavy equipment such as cranes, excavators, pavers, and bulldozers, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance.
2. Perform site inspections to assess equipment condition and identify potential issues, utilizing your expertise to recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
3. Collaborate with project teams to develop maintenance schedules that minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency across various job sites.
