Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical design and engineering principles, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components. This role requires a collaborative mindset, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop mechanical systems and components using CAD software, ensuring they meet specifications and performance requirements.
2. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of prototypes to validate designs and improve functionality.
3. Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to integrate mechanical systems with electronic and software components.
4. Prepare detailed documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports, to support project development and compliance.
5. Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring quality control and adherence to engineering standards.
6. Perform failure analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering to drive innovation within projects.
8. Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights and updates on project progress.
9. Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
2. Proven experience in mechanical design and engineering, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information.
5. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering tools.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
8. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to mechanical engineering.
