This role sits within the CFO function and is responsible for managing investor reporting, financial disclosures, and stakeholder communication across multiple investment structures. The position combines technical accounting expertise with hands-on ownership of investor reporting deliverables, including co-investor, JV, and lender reporting.

Description
Prepare and deliver investor reporting packs (monthly, quarterly, annual) across SPVs and investment structuresManage reporting to private equity co-investors, joint venture partners, and lendersPerform equity return calculations including IRR, MOIC, and distribution waterfallsSupport drawdowns, distributions, and capital account trackingPrepare lender reporting, including covenant calculations and compliance certificatesAssist with capital markets reporting obligations, including sukuk/disclosure requirementsEnsure alignment between investor reporting, management accounts, and audited financialsSupport financial statement preparation under IFRS, including real estate revenue recognitionMaintain reporting calendars and ensure all contractual deliverables are met on timeLiaise with auditors, legal advisors, and external stakeholdersDrive improvements in financial controls, reporting processes, and governance frameworks
Profile
Qualified CA (mandatory)Company Secretary or LLB – preferred10-15 years’ experience in investor reporting, fund reporting, or financial controlExperience within real estate, private equity, asset management, or investment platformsStrong technical knowledge of IFRS (including IFRS 15)Proven experience with waterfall models, returns calculations, and complex structuresExposure to lender reporting and covenant compliance is highly advantageousAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills
