Description
You will play a key role in the build‑out of a new business line focused on financing predictable, long‑term cash flows linked to infrastructure and energy‑related assets.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the development and execution of infrastructure and receivables‑backed financing transactionsStructuring and analysing long‑dated cash flow opportunitiesBuilding and reviewing detailed financial models (project‑style and cash‑flow based)Preparing lender‑ready materials and supporting discussions with banks and institutional lendersAssisting with debt fundraising processes and lender due diligenceWorking closely with internal stakeholders to help institutionalise credit, risk and structuring processesSupporting the scalability and digitisation of the infrastructure financing platformEvaluating new sectors and use cases, including energy, utilities and smart infrastructure
Profile
5-8 years’ experience in infrastructure finance, project finance, private credit or structured financeBackground in a bank, infrastructure or private credit fund, or Big Four infrastructure / deals advisory teamStrong understanding of long‑dated, contracted cash flows and receivables‑based financingAdvanced financial modelling skills, including project or cash‑flow‑based modelsExperience engaging with banks, DFIs or institutional lendersStrong communication skills and the ability to operate in a lean, fast‑paced environmentExposure to energy, utilities or core infrastructure sectors is advantageous
