Job Description:
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
Supervise maintenance staff, engineers, mechanics, and external contractors.
Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets, and approve and track expenditures on parts, services, and equipment.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with international maritime regulations
