Logistics Coordinator-(Truck Arrangement)
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator with strong experience in UAE transport logistics to manage daily truck movements and ensure smooth material dispatch across the UAE. The role requires hands-on coordination, strong knowledge of documentation, and familiarity with DG cargo and free zone operations. Below said requirements are mandatory and anyone who qualifies are invited to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily truck arrangements for material movement across UAE
- Handle dispatch planning for 15–20 trucks per day
- Liaise with transporters, drivers, and logistics vendors
- Ensure timely vehicle placement and on-time deliveries
- Prepare and manage Delivery Notes, Gate Passes, and dispatch documentation
- Ensure compliance with DG cargo regulations and UAE transport laws
- Handle Free Zone in/out processes (JAFZA / Dubai Customs)
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal teams
