Position Title:               Lobby Ambassador – 5[ Hotel (2 vacancies)

Salary:                           up to 6,350 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description: 

Welcome guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide directions or hotel information.

Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure smooth and efficient guest service.

Escort guests when needed and monitor the lobby to keep it clean, organized, and guest-friendly.

Handle guest concerns, support VIP arrivals, and stay updated on hotel services, facilities, and safety standards.
