Job Description:
Secure and manage long-term retail and F&B tenants to achieve full mall occupancy.
Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and coordinate all documentation and fit-out handovers.
Maintain strong relationships with brands, monitor tenant performance, and handle renewals.
Prepare leasing reports, forecast, and ensure alignment with mall’s commercial strategy.
