. Conceptual & Schematic Design
- Develop creative, functional, and site-responsive landscape and pool design concepts.
- Design custom swimming pools, water features, hardscape layouts, planting schemes, pergolas, lighting zones, etc.
- Conduct site analyses including topography, climate, existing vegetation, and sun/shade studies.
2. Design Development & Detailing
- Prepare detailed landscape architecture and pool drawings including layouts, sections, elevations, and 3D visuals.
- Select materials, plants, finishes, and pool accessories aligned with client and project requirements.
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers for technical coordination.
3. Municipal Submission & Compliance
- Prepare full sets of submission drawings as per Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, or other local authority guidelines.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to secure landscape and pool approvals.
- Ensure all designs meet local codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
4. Client Liaison & Presentations
- Engage with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle needs, and aesthetic preferences.
- Prepare and present mood boards, design presentations, and walkthroughs.
- Incorporate client feedback into revised designs while maintaining design integrity.
5. Site Supervision & Coordination
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Coordinate with contractors and landscape teams for on-site clarifications and material approvals.
- Review and approve shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples.
