Junior Legal Consultant – UAE National – Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group (ESAG)

Scope:

The Junior Legal Consultant shall assist the Litigation Team for the filing, management and reporting of civil cases, payment orders, labor, tenancy or criminal cases. Further the Junior Legal Consultant shall also support the Commercial Team in the review of contracts and preparation of memos

Main Responsibilities:

Responsibilities supporting other team members with assigned cases;

Supporting business in debt collection and out of court settlement;

Maintaining and ensuring accurate up to date data in the litigation case system of ESAG;

Communicating and managing effectively with internal and external parties in English and Arabic;

Drafting standardized documents with the help of templates and guidelines;

Supporting the commercial team with simple agreements and notices;

Desired candidates background

Bachelors Degree in Law

Arabic (mother tongue) and English (advanced)

Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies

Ability to execute assigned work precisely and effectively in line with guidance and instructions received

Good communication skills (oral and written)
