Jr Construction Project Manager – Jigsaw HR Consultants

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will assist in managing ongoing projects, coordinating with site teams, preparing technical documents, and ensuring project activities are completed as per schedule and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Metal / Glass Engineering Works

· Assist Project Managers in execution and coordination of projects.

· Prepare project schedules, reports, and documentation.

· Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.

· Monitor project progress and update daily/weekly reports.

· Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

· Ensure materials and manpower are available as per project requirements.

· Support site inspections and quality control activities.

· Follow company safety procedures and project standards.

· Attend project meetings and maintain proper records.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.

· 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or site execution.

· Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· UAE experience will be an added advantage.

· Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
