IT Support Specialist – Geroges Daoud Marketing Management

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support to employees and resolve technical issues
- Set up and maintain computers, laptops, software, and user accounts
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and update software and applications
- Manage user access, permissions, and company IT accounts
- Monitor and maintain office IT equipment and infrastructure
- Assist employees with technical questions and provide clear guidance
- Work with external IT providers and vendors when required
- Maintain basic IT documentation and keep track of equipment
- Help ensure the security and smooth operation of the company’s IT environment
