Responsibilities
• Lead the full cycle of CRM/ERP implementation projects (planning, execution, delivery).
• Translate business needs into system requirements and workflows.
• Manage vendors, developers, and internal teams to meet project deadlines.
• Customize CRM/ERP systems and ensure smooth integration with existing processes.
• Provide training and support for staff on new systems.
• Monitor system performance and continuously optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
