We are seeking a proactive IT Engineer to join our team in Dubai and support our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to Java development, assist with troubleshooting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT solutions.
Entry-level professionals with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and Java-based applications
- Write, test, and maintain Java code for internal tools and automation tasks
- Monitor system performance and identify issues to ensure high availability and reliability
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to meet project requirements
- Document system configurations, processes, and support procedures
- Participate in software testing, deployment, upgrades, and release activities
